CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM ORDERS? DO YOU TAKE LARGE ORDERS?
Yes, we accept custom orders. Yes, we accept large orders. Please reach out to us directly for large orders.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer returns. All sales are final. We will exchange the items if necessary on a case by case basis within 72 hours of delivery. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We pride ourselves on quality products. We will not sell an item unless it is up to our standards. If an item is damaged in the mail, please provide proof of damage and proof of purchase.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments can be made via PayPal or Zelle. Cashapp is available as a last resort.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Items will be shipped within 1-10 business days depending on the item requested and availability of supplies. All packages shipped will include insurance and a tracking number or delivery confirmation. All packages are typically mailed thru USPS, on occasion we may use FedEx or UPS. All packages are mailed with standard shipping. This normally takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Express options are available, if needed for an additional fee. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
My Perfect Combination is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the address given by the customer.
